● How do I place an order?

It’s very simple; just fill out the form on the order page to specifiy your needs. We may request additional information if we need to clarify some points; you will then receive a quotation according to the dimensions, the printing media and the chosen model, with or without additional customization options such as:
∙ Choice of shades
∙ Scale of illustration or pattern
∙ Scenarios of the model
∙ Original creation

As soon as the model is produced, you receive a first draft with a scale mark. You can request a ready for press on the medium of your choice before launching the final print.

Once the draft is validated, you receive an email notification to settle your order so as to start the production that will be delivered at the desired location. Cost of shipping depends on the manufacturer, which depends on the chosen medium, as well as on package weight and the final location.

● How to pay the order?

You can choose either:
∙ By credit card through the secured link that you will find in your order email confirmation. Encryption is done using SSL – Secure Socket Layer – protocole, used for Internet shopping worldwide.
∙ By PayPal through the secured link that you will find in your order email confirmation.
∙ By SEPA bank transfer, with the bank details that you will find in your order email confirmation.

 

● What are the production and shipping deadlines?

Deadlines vary according to the chosen medium and the delivery location. Average time should be between 10 and 25 days.

 

● Is it possible to return an order?

Your order is tailor-made to perfectly fit your space; it is unique and therefore can not be taken back. However, in case you are not fully satisfied, it is always possible to contact us in order to find a solution.

 

● What happens if the order is damaged during shipping, or presents a fault or any manufacturing defect?

Upon delivery, please check that the package is not damaged. By your signature, you confirm to the transporter that you have received the package in perfect condition. If the package is damaged, it may be refused. If you decide to accept it anyway, do not forget to indicate/describe the damage on the delivery note. Without any inclusion of a reservation on the delivery note, we will no longer be able to hold the carrier responsible.
Although impressions are made by recognized manufacturers, an error can always occur. Please contact us on receipt if you notice any manufacturing defect and the order will be produced again and returned at no extra charge as soon as possible. To do this, make a picture of the defect to support your claim and email it together with a photo of the package if it is damaged. Depending on the case, you will be asked to return the prints free of charge.
Please note that is important to carry out any verification before installation because it will be impossible to make a refund of a defective draft that has already been installed.
